1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tk44 platform and all its services. By visiting the tk44 website, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3 Account Management

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Please follow the guidelines below:

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The conditions for this bonus are as follows:

• To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 20 times the total bonus funds (deposit plus bonus).
• The bonus applies one time only, on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become eligible for withdrawal only after the wagering requirements are met.
• tk44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus may have its own wagering requirements, validity period and list of eligible games.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, tk44 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or via third parties will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Cashback and rewards under the VIP program may have their own terms and will be communicated separately.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on tk44 are conducted under fully fair and transparent rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or round is left incomplete due to a technical issue, tk44 will determine the result based on system records.
• If you have an objection to a game result, you must notify the support team within 7 days.
